Space Flight Systems
We support both manned and unmanned spaceflight with products now on-orbit aboard many satellites, including the International Space Station. This effort is facilitated by major investments in engineering talent, equipment, facilities, and process discipline.
We deliver powerful, integrated solutions and provide comprehensive support of highly technical programs for an evolving navy. We sapecialize inradar video distribution and display system design, purpose-specific electronic component design, open architecture software design, and test and simulation equipment development.
Missile Defense Systems
FES supports the Army’s Patriot Advanced Capability Third Generation (PAC-3) missile program with the Automated Test System. We also provided “turn-key” production support, including parts acquisition and manufacturing, for guidance system electronics for Missile Defense Agency’s Standard Missile Third Generation (SM-3) programs.
Aircraft Avionics Systems
FES also designs and supports avionics and ground-support equipment for the military aircraft industry. Our displays and black boxes are currently flying on active platforms that include the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, EA-18G Growler, and B-52H Stratofortress.
Automated Test Equipment
We have been designing, manufacturing, and integrating Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for aerospace and maritime electronic systems since 1989. We support systems operations, repair centers, and factory production for our US and foreign aircraft, maritime, missile, UAS, and space customers.
