Manufacturing 

FES manufacturing facilities are geared towards low to medium volume, high-mix production of complex assemblies, units, and racks of equipment. Production and testing are performed in the FES manufacturing facility in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

  • Variable plane X-ray verification of hidden solder joints and BGAs

  • Thermal, thermal-vibration, thermal- vacuum test 

  • 3-axis vibration table, random and sinusoidal

  • Flying probe circuit test

  • DIT-MCO test and verification of cables and harnesses
